It can be a way of devel­op­ing an affin­i­ty with the coun­try, under­stand­ing the com­plex­i­ty and beau­ty of the desert and get­ting to know the unique nature of the locals.

If you would like to get involved we have var­i­ous accom­mo­da­tion options for vol­un­teers and per­ma­nent staff. 

The Vil­lage is a des­ig­nat­ed liv­ing area for vol­un­teers and per­ma­nent res­i­dents. It is locat­ed next to the Recep­tion and fea­tures a num­ber of self-con­tained demount­a­bles and spaces for those with their own campers or vans.

Vol­un­teers can also con­sid­er stay­ing in the Car­a­van Park if they are self-con­tained. Dis­count­ed fees can be arranged.

• Assist­ing with the bio­dy­nam­ic food production
• Jan­i­tor skills
• Main­tain­ing campsites
• Han­dling firewood
• Build­ing and con­struc­tion skills
• Road main­te­nance
